Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original GravaStar packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
